I have used Jose with Blue Stream 2 times to clean my roof and he does an excellent job! Jose goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. He took picutures of my gutters showing me that I had missing screens which I was not aware of. He communicates well and is punctual.

BLUE STREAM has been our "Go To Guys" since 2017. They are safety trained, meticulous in their preparation and protection of our landscape & shrubs, and they have never broken a tile while walking our roof. Perhaps even more important than that they use the low pressure system that doesn't damage the tiles. So many other cleaning companies will come in with a water blaster or sidewalk cleaning machine and use it on a tile roof. That's a recipe for damage and a shortened service life. It was for this exact reason that we first hired BLUE STREAM and they have consistently met our expectations every time. Hire them with confidence.

Although I ultimately did not use Jose’s services, he stood out as the only person—out of 22 calls—who truly listened to my needs. Rarely leave reviews but this company deserves it without a doubt! It was a big job, the railings, netting, deck, and gutters had years of built up. They're pricing is amazing, their communication is amazing, and even better their work is amazing. These are before and after photos so you can see for yourself!! Photos don't make the height of my lanai justice. He was able to get it all!!! I don't have after photos of the gutters (top view) but you can see how it's all cleared out from one of the after photos. Highly recommend!!

I was in need of house, walkway, and pool enclosure cleaning. I contacted Blue Stream they were able to fit me into their schedule within 2 weeks. Jose showed up and do a thorough job. Moving items I had missed and careful to avoid any cleaning contact with my plants. The house and pool look great!

I used Blue Stream to have my back patio (screened-in lanai), front porch, and driveway all pressure wash cleaned. What a difference! The serviceman was both friendly and professional - very easy to work with - even volunteered to haul some large debris away for me free of charge. Would highly recommend and will use them again.
